Edwardian 14kt/Sterling Diamond Nail Head Earrings

An attractive pair of earrings from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold and topped with sterling silver, these unique earrings display a wonderful nail head design set with seven old Single Cut diamonds. The diamonds sparkle beautifully in the light, further enhanced by the movement created as they dangle from simple 14kt earring wires. Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 1 5/8″ including the earring wire. The nail itself measures nearly 1 1/8″ long, about 3/8″ wide, and 1/8″ deep.

Condition: The earrings are in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and silver setting. The diamonds are all intact and securely set. The earring wires are secure and in good working condition.
